Part Time Book Keeper/Accounts Assistant
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
Rate: Commensurate with experience
Brinsons are looking to recruit a part time Book Keeper/Accounts Assistant based at their offices in Caerphilly. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for:
Purchase and Sales Ledger Processing
Allocating Cash and Reconciling Statements
Client Accounting and Statement Preparation
Other Administrative related duties.
This is quite a varied role and candidates must have first-hand experience with completing accounts up to trial balance and have proficient experience in using SAGE and Excel. Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills are key to this position. This is a part time role, ideally worked over a 5 day week, however, hours and days are flexible and can be adapted to suit the right candidate.
