The ideal candidate for this vacancy will demonstrate exceptional organisational and communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative and have an eye for detail.
Brief Job Spec:-
- Managing and conducting viewings of properties.
- Vendor feedback
- Negotiating offers and taking references
- Front line service support
- Liaising with clients
- Sales Progression
Local knowledge of the area would be an advantage, full driving licence and own vehicle essential. Residential Lettings experience/knowledge would be beneficial however not essential.
